• Consumables: For safety and quality, we generally can’t accept returns on opened consumable products.

How to start a return

2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund status.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Shipping fees (if any) are typically non-refundable.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the package and product when possible.
